The National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of the United States has been an Ambassador –at-Large Sponsor of the National Race Amity Conference since its reinstitution in 2011. The reinstitution of the conference in 2011 was on the 90th anniversary of the first National Race Amity Conference convened in Washington, D.C. in 1921. The National Assembly is also one of the billboard underwriters for the NCRA documentary in production, An American Story: Race Amity and The Other Tradition. In 2011, on the 90th anniversary of the first National Race Amity Convention held in Washington, D.C. in 1921, the National Center for Race Amity (NCRA) reconvened the concept of the event as the National Race Amity Conference.

The Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA) has been an ally and supporter of the National Center for Race Amity since 2011. The MTA has encouraged its members to participate in various NCRA programs. NCRA is particularly appreciative of the MTA’s providing scholarships to it members to attend the National Race Amity Conference over the past five years. This year MTA is providing scholarship support to 25 teachers from across the state of Massachusetts.
