Robert Henderson

Robert C. Henderson is the founder of Henderson Consulting Group, building high performance organizations for American Express, General Electric, Ohio Health, Prudential, Rochester Regional Health, United Technologies, and the Chicago White Sox, among others. His design and implementation of the “Wegmans Way to Manage” Program was key in Wegmans being named #1 of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Fortune Magazine.

 He has served interracial cooperation initiatives including: Commissioner of Martin Luther King Federal Holiday Commission; consultant to President’s Commission on Race (Clinton); consultant to California State Supreme Court Commission on Race and Ethnic Bias; initiator of the series of studies: Models of Unity—Racial, Ethnic and Religious. He earned a Doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts.
