Joe Voica

Joe Voica is currently a senior vice president at US Bank, overseeing embedded payments in global treasury management. He has held key business leadership roles across global companies that include Bank of America, MasterCard and Experian, and has deep international experience selling and marketing into B2B and B2C verticals, including Banking/Financial Services, High Tech, Telecom, Retail, Automotive, Leisure and Pharma/Healthcare.

Joe has a track record of building, leading and mentoring global sales teams to new levels of performance, while exploiting the opportunities that turnaround, transform and position companies as market leaders in highly competitive industries. He is a proactive problem solver, willing to create the vision, render the tough decisions and execute the strategies that not only achieve the goals of the organization, but foster environments of respect, integrity and ownership that make a company grow faster.

Joe lives in North Andover, MA, with his wife and two children and enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team.
